Cole brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in framing and foundations, having worked with some of Prince Edward Island’s most trusted contractors. His background spans the full structural and exterior scope of residential construction, including roofing, siding, windows and doors, and finish carpentry.

With a strong understanding of how homes are built from the ground up, Cole ensures every project is structurally sound, weather-tight, and executed with care. His practical experience and attention to detail play a key role in delivering durable, well-built homes and renovations.

Jesse MacDougall

Co-Owner | Construction Management

Jesse is a graduate of Holland College, where he earned a diploma in Construction Management in 2014. Since then, he has worked across multiple sectors of the construction industry, including structural steel, residential construction, geotechnical engineering, and asset management.

This broad background brings a strong planning and systems-based approach to every project. In addition to project oversight and coordination, Jesse is also a skilled finish carpenter with a keen eye for detail, ensuring projects are not only well managed but well executed.
